We Are Growing Up – Wedding Anniversaries and Big Birthdays!

We are delighted to have been chosen as a platform for several grown up celebrations in the past few months.

The Wedding Anniversary. A Hong Kong couple planned an intimate ceremony to renew their vows with their three young daughters as flower girls to celebrate their 12^th wedding and 20^th dating anniversary. This event was held to celebrate the couple, but also to acknowledge the role of family and close friends in their life journey. Choosing to send out their own special invitations for the event, the couple used the new Twopresents Contribution Only option to ask guests to contribute to a gift/charity fund in lieu of gifts. The couple was touched by the big-heartedness shown by their      guests who gave generously to help others.

The 50th Birthday. Paula’s friends decided that having a Twopresents celebration was the best possible way to keep track of guests from all parts of the globe who would be coming to celebrate in Manila. The organizers knew that Paula would love to do something meaningful to mark her big day, and they also wanted to get her a special gift that she would treasure. Both celebrations together raised over HK$33,000 for International Care Ministries (ICM), a wonderful charity that provides support, education and resources to impoverished families in the Philippines.
