Christina Ma has used Twopresents to share her children’s birthday celebrations with meaningful causes for several years. This October, she chose to do more by using our platform to invite colleagues and friends to support her team’s participation in the 2018 ASTC Sprint Triathlon. Through the race, Christina and her team raised HK$25,776 for our charity partner, Plastic Free Seas, a Hong Kong based environmental organization dedicated to advocating change in the way we all view and use plastics. After the race, Christina’s employer generously offered to match the team’s donation so Plastic Free Seas will now receive almost HK$50,000 for their important work! Congratulations to Christina and her team members, Yong Hu and Jack McFerran for their fantastic achievement. And a huge thank you for supporting efforts to protect our precious environment!
