Little Monaco is now 2 years old and has celebrated the Twopresents way to mark her birthday each year. Her family chose to donate to the Children’s Medical Foundation to support life-saving treatment for newborns because Monaco was born premature. Due to their own experience this cause is especially close to their hearts.
When asked what prompted Monaco’s family to share her 1st and 2nd birthday celebrations, her mom Ira said, Monaco has a big sister so she has a lot of hand-me-down clothes, toys and books. Also, her birthday is just two months after Christmas during which she receives a lot of presents, so she doesn’t need more. Instead the family opted to use Twopresents to get her gifts that she can really use – experiences like swim classes.
According to Ira, friends are always positive about Twopresents since they don’t have to think about what gift to buy and because they feel that contributing gift money on the online platform is as simple as online shopping.
